Red AgencyJob Description :
Havas Blvd is looking for a Brand Experience Manager to join our Sydney team and help create memorable experiences for some of Australia’s biggest brands.
We're looking for someone who can create an experience, not just run an event. The kind of person who notices the details. The guest journey. The first impression. The lighting. The flow. The moment everyone pulls out their phone. And the little things that turn a good event into a great one.
At Havas Blvd, we create experiences across automotive, FMCG, travel, lifestyle and entertainment. From major public activations and product launches to media experiences, premium events and integrated campaigns, we help brands show up in ways people genuinely want to engage with.
We're now looking for a Brand Experience Manager to join our growing Sydney team.
This is a role for someone who loves bringing ideas to life. Someone who enjoys the creative process but also knows their way around a production schedule, budget and supplier quote. Someone who can confidently join a client meeting in the morning and be on-site solving problems in steel caps that afternoon.
If you've ever walked through an activation and immediately started thinking about how you could make it better, we should probably talk.
The Role
As Brand Experience Manager, you'll help develop, manage and deliver high-quality brand experiences across a wide range of clients and categories.
Working closely with our Brand Experience Lead, you'll take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, collaborating with clients, suppliers and our integrated teams across PR, social, content, design and digital.
This is a hands-on role, and we're looking for someone with a genuine "no job too small" mentality. Someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves, jump in and support the team wherever needed to get the job done.
One minute you might be presenting an idea to a client; the next you're building a run sheet, working through a council permit, checking a supplier delivery or making sure the build crew has coffee at exactly the right moment.
Great experiences are built in the details, and we're looking for someone who genuinely doesn't mind getting into the weeds to make sure those details are right.
There will also be domestic travel, with projects taking you to different parts of Australia depending on the brief.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage the development and delivery of brand experiences from brief through to execution, including:
- Managing projects, production schedules, budgets and suppliers.
- Helping develop creative responses and experiential ideas.
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted day-to-day contact.
- Briefing and managing production partners, venues, fabricators, technical suppliers and other specialists.
- Working closely with our PR, social, content, design and digital teams to create genuinely integrated campaigns.
- Managing event logistics, run sheets, staffing, accreditation and on-site delivery.
- Keeping projects moving, budgets under control and everyone informed.
- Supporting pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
- Making sure the finished experience lives up to the idea that was sold in the first place.
Some days you'll be working on a pitch. Some days you'll be reviewing floorplans, chasing supplier quotes or building a production schedule. Other days you'll be somewhere completely unexpected helping bring an experience to life.
No two weeks look exactly the same, which is exactly how we like it.
About You
You're probably an Experiential Producer, Senior Producer, Event Producer or Brand Experience Manager with at least 3-years experience, looking for your next move.
You have solid experience working within experiential, events, activations or integrated agencies and understand what it takes to get a project from a PowerPoint presentation to the real world.
You're organised, commercially minded and calm under pressure. You know how to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the creative idea or the guest experience.
You're comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers, understand budgets and production timelines, and aren't afraid to get stuck in when something needs to happen.
Most importantly, you care about the quality of the work. You sweat the details, push for better and get a genuine kick out of standing on-site and seeing something you've spent months working on finally come to life.
Why Havas Blvd?
Because we're not just an events agency, we're a brand experience agency. We're a team of curious thinkers, producers, designers, content creators, strategists and problem-solvers who love creating work that gets noticed for the right reasons.
You'll work across a fantastic portfolio of brands and projects, collaborate with specialists from across the wider Havas network and have the opportunity to grow your career as our Brand Experience offering continues to expand.
You'll also get to travel to some incredible locations around Australia and work on projects that are rarely confined to an office.
And yes, you'll work hard, but you'll also work alongside genuinely good people who care about the work, care about each other and aren't afraid to have some fun along the way.
At Havas, one of our core beliefs is simple:
Deliberately Different.
If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to hear from you.
