This role requires a collaborative, strategic leader who can balance day-to-day operational demands with long-term priorities and contribute meaningfully to the overall success of the resort.

This full-time, year-round position offers an annual base salary of $130,000 - $160,000, plus eligibility for annual performance bonus and long-term equity incentives.
