Our client is a fast-growing organization seeking a commercially focused professional to lead demand planning, sales operations, and business performance.

Job Overview

The Demand Management & Operations Lead will manage the end-to-end demand planning cycle, track sales performance across channels, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly demand forecasts by product, channel, and region.
• Translate business plans into rolling operating plans and improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage ticket requirements, stock availability, and returns with Finance.
• Track and analyse sales performance across all channels.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets across teams and partners.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance on forecasts, sales performance, stock, and variances.
• Maintain SOPs and drive process improvements to reduce errors and manual work.
• Develop performance dashboards and provide reports with actionable recommendations.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in demand planning, sales operations, commercial planning, or business analytics.
• Experience managing forecasts and targets in a high-volume business such as FMCG, retail, telco, or fintech.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning, and variance analysis.
• Strong commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with multi-channel distribution is an advantage.
