Labcorp is seeking an Assistant Team Manager, Data Programming to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities
¨ Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team members including but not limited to:
o Ensure appropriate resource allocation to successfully implement and execute project plans to achieve agreed upon service levels.
o Manage the workload balance within their team and participate in resource management across all global teams.
o Ensure the consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs.
o Coordinate and monitor progress to ensure achievement of Data Management objectives.
o Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics and take corrective action when appropriate.
o Initiate educational sessions with team members and others as needed.
o Ensure consistency and implementation of global processes and procedures.
o Conduct timely performance review and monthly meetings to provide feedback to employees.
o Manage delivery KPIs and implementation and execution of initiatives defined by senior leadership.
- Coach and mentor team members for implementation of Individual Development Plans.
- Assisting the SME and manager in preparation and maintenance of metrics for the entire team.
- Represent team in department level meetings
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
5-years of experience in the clinical trials process and pharmaceutical industry including past 0-2 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Additional Job Standards
¨ Manage day-to-day project-related activities with team members.
¨ Liaise with Global Stakeholders and Sponsor Specific Data Managers for on time delivery.
¨ Accountable for implementation, monitoring and reporting of performance metrics and for taking corrective action when appropriate.
¨ Accountable for the overall review of the clinical data specifications to ensure feasibility, making appropriate recommendations and advice to the stakeholders/customer and Labcorp personnel, including assigned Account Executive(s) (if applicable).
¨ Ensure the seamless integration of the global clinical data management services (if applicable).
¨ Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity.
o Monitor, track, manage and ensure resolution of all complaints, issues and concerns for assigned customers/stakeholders.
o Ensure all customer/stakeholders expectations are documented and acted upon when appropriate.
o Assist in communicating, measuring, and documenting adherence to standards for performance as set by the senior management.
¨ Other duties as assigned.
