About the Company

Our client is a well-established and highly respected mechanical contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex mechanical systems for some of the Southeast's most recognizable commercial and industrial projects.

The company specializes in everything from focused mechanical installations to large-scale, technically demanding projects valued up to $100 million. With a culture built around quality craftsmanship, long-term client relationships, and employee development, they continue to grow by consistently delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Due to continued expansion and a strong backlog of work, the company is seeking experienced Project Managers across multiple Southeastern markets.

  • Coordinate equipment, material deliveries, and logistics to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure all permitting and code compliance requirements are satisfied.
  • Supervise and mentor Superintendents, Foremen, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities.
  • Partner with Safety leadership to maintain exceptional jobsite safety performance.
  • Oversee project closeout activities including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, owner training, punch lists, and warranty documentation.
