Clinical Director

 

Full-Time - $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

About the Role

Our St. Peters clinic is established, actively serving families, and growing — and we're looking for a Clinical Director to lead it.

This is the senior clinical position at the site. You'll own the clinical program end to end: the standard of care, the supervision model, the quality of the team, and the outcomes families get. You'll report directly to ownership and have the authority that goes with the title.

Where this can go

You'll lead clinical operations for the clinic — overseeing assessment and treatment programming, supervising BCBAs and RBTs, and holding the line on clinical quality and documentation.

You'll build and develop the team: hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring the clinicians who work here. You'll carry a reduced direct caseload so that leadership is the job rather than something you fit around a full schedule.

You'll also shape how the clinic runs — intake, scheduling, supervision structure, and how we grow the census responsibly. We're at a stage where a strong director's judgment genuinely changes how things are done.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and BTs
• Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions
• Analyze client progress and make treatment adjustments as appropriate
• Complete documentation and treatment updates in a timely manner
• Collaborate with families and other providers involved in care
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements

Required:

• Active BCBA certification and LBA in Missouri
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Experience with clinic setting for ABA services
• Some leadership experience
