[What the role is]
You will assist JTC’s customers in addressing and resolving their contractual non-compliance issues.[What you will be working on]
You will be:
• Tracking deadlines for breach rectification
• Reminding companies to rectify breaches
• Handling requests or feedback from customers
• Recommending deadline extensions or other solutions
[What we are looking for]
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to handle difficult conversations with customers professionally
• Positive attitude
• Resourcefulness and strong ability to solve problems
• Experience in facility or property management will be an advantage.
