As a Customer Service Representative based in Morristown, NJ, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless order management for our customers.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will collaborate across functions including supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and customer satisfaction

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

  • Collaborate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment processes

  • Maintain and update order data in SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes

  • Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to improve service levels and operational efficiency

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing customer experience

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication and teamwork

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain, including at least 1 year in Order Management

  • Hands-on experience working with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • High level of accountability, resilience, and a collaborative team spirit aligned with Arxada’s values

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected salary range for this role is $38,000 to $50,000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.

  • Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.

  • Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.
