DriveNets’ solutions power production networks for global tier-1 operators like AT&T and Comcast, and scale multi-vendor AI infrastructures at foundation model labs, NeoClouds, and enterprises.Responsibilities and Duties•      Use AI tools daily as the primary working method — for research, writing, analysis, summarization, and automation — to dramatically amplify the executive bandwidth•      Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI-driven processes and take ownership of building and maintaining them•      Conduct in-depth research using AI-powered tools and synthesize findings into sharp, executive-ready briefings and decision-support materials•      Prepare presentations, reports, memos, and executive communications for the executive.•      Track and follow up on action items, cross-functional initiatives, and commitments across the organization•      Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses end-to-end, from scoping through delivery•      Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to inform strategic decisions•      Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality•      Prepare the CEO for key meetings, external engagements, and strategic discussions by curating relevant context and materials Technical Skills•      Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivilent.•      Hands-on, daily experience with leading AI tools- Must (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, or similar) •      Ability to design effective prompts for complex research, writing, and analytical tasks; comfort pushing AI tools beyond basic use cases•      Strong data analysis skills - Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Python, or SQL•      Experience building dashboards, summary reports, or structured data outputs•      Excellent written English - ability to produce polished executive-level documentsSoft Skills•      Genuine passion for AI and its practical applications — constantly exploring new tools, techniques, and workflows•      Proactive and self-directed - identifies what needs to be done and acts without waiting to be asked•      Sharp analytical mind with the ability to quickly understand complex topics across domains and extract what mattersMore About DriveNetsBased in Israel with extended teams located in the US, Japan, and Romania, DriveNets operations cover more than twelve countries globally.
