We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of functions. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess and hire high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and an efficient recruitment process.This role requires strong stakeholder management, market mapping and candidate assessment capabilities. Experience in technology recruitment will be an advantage.
Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and external recruitment partners.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience and role fit.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and competitor hiring activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment governance requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities as required.
- Collaborate with external search firms and recruitment vendors to drive sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, reporting and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Associate: Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Preferably with experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technology, digital, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software engineering, AI or related technology functions.
- Experience in financial services, technology firms, consulting, or multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with direct sourcing methodologies and talent market mapping.
- Experience managing external search firms and recruitment agencies.
- Exposure to regional or cross-border recruitment activities.
