As a Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic technology-focused location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support security-related operations through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and sharing updates with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify suspicious activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and/or report unauthorized entry attempts or policy concerns according to post instructions.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or local responders while following Allied Universal standards and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
