- Prepare Product and Portfolio Reviews by validating agendas, pre‑reads, and decision‑critical materials.
- Facilitate and chair Product Council and Portfolio Review sessions, maintaining focus on advancement criteria and value‑ and risk‑based decisioning.
- Surface governance risks, advancement bottlenecks, and cross‑product dependencies early to avoid surprises and rework.
- Document advancement decisions, conditions, and actions; track follow‑ups through completion.
- Guide product teams through next‑phase expectations following Product Council decisions.
- Identify trends, systemic gaps, and opportunities to improve Studio governance quality and consistency.
- Partner with the broader Studio and Product Operations community to evolve frameworks, tooling, and readiness standards.
- Leverage Mastercard Catalog, Studio dashboards, and evidence repositories as systems of record for governance health and operational insights.

About you:
- Prior experience in the payments industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in product operations, portfolio governance, or enterprise product management within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong ability to translate governance frameworks into clear, actionable guidance for product teams.
- Proven facilitation skills, with confidence operating in executive‑level product and portfolio reviews.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple products and decision cycles in parallel.
- Strong judgment and critical‑thinking skills, particularly in evaluating readiness, risk, and trade‑offs.
- Comfortable influencing without authority and driving alignment across regions and functions.
- Data‑driven mindset, with experience using dashboards, systems of record, and structured evidence to inform decisions.
- Clear, concise communicator able to synthesize complex inputs into decision‑ready narratives.
- Commitment to operational excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement.

- Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.
