Your responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation, including data analysis & collecting, supplier contracts signature.
- Support procurement team in price validation for 3rd party product of dealer projects
- Support quoting & data collecting for PLA related projects.
- Assist in the tracking and analysis of procurement data.
- Support the procurement team in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following
skills and experience
- Available to work 3-5 days per week, with a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
- Pro-active & take ownership for each assignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software (Eg, SAP, Ariba) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
