Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness, you'll be the face of our judgment-free fitness environment, providing exceptional service to members and guests. Your responsibilities include answering phones professionally, greeting members and guests, signing up new members and giving tours, responding to member questions and concerns, processing beverage and merchandise purchases, promoting fitness instruction classes, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This full-time position offers starting pay of $12/hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.
