Overview
As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional service to Planet Fitness members and guests during morning shifts (4:45AM-12:45PM Monday-Friday). Your daily tasks include greeting members, signing up new members, answering phones, processing payments, promoting fitness classes, and maintaining club cleanliness. The role requires basic computer skills, customer service experience, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
