Overview
As a School Nurse with Easterseals, you'll provide medical care and nursing services to children aged 3-8 with special needs. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized healthcare and emergency care plans, conducting health screenings, and implementing aspects of students' Individualized Educational Plans. You'll also track immunization records, maintain medical files, and provide consultation and training to employees and parents. The position requires a BSN and valid PA Registered Nurse License, with experience working with children with special healthcare needs.
