Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support clients on the day to day Trade transaction queries on phone or emails
- Record all calls information according to standard operating procedures
- Acts as a Trade advisor on various Trade products enquiries
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure client’s requests are fulfilled
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and monitoring of department KPIs
- Identify and escalate client issue if any
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Requirements:
- Good understanding of various Trade products
- Diploma holder or Nitec with 1 year of working experience ideally
- Great Customer Service on Trade Products
- Have Trade knowledge or customer services experience
- Able to work independently with excellent verbal and email-writing skills
- Able to interact effectively with internal & external parties of all levels
