Accounts Payable Specialist - Rock Dental Brands

Rock Dental Brands is a group of doctors who provide multidisciplinary care in General
Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. We are a team of dentists, dental
specialists, and business professionals collaborating to improve the quality of patient care while
eliminating the challenges in the day-to-day operation of private practice. At Rock Dental, we

Responsibilities:
● Process PO and non-PO invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. 
● Research rejected invoices as determined by the AP software
● Reconciling vendor statements and identifying next steps
● Onboard vendors related to new acquisitions and transitioning vendor and/or vendor payment methods as appropriate
● Reconcile accounts payable GL account
● Proactively address internal customer and external vendor inquiries regarding payment status
● Identify and assist in the implementation of AP process improvements

You Must Have:
● 2 years proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
● Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
● College degree is preferred
● This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
