Description
We are seeking a skilled **Paid Media Specialist** to join our marketing team. This role
plays a key part in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and achieving
business objectives through strategic and performance-driven paid media initiatives.
## Tasks
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns across major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 to track performance, measure conversions, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement integrations and automation between marketing tools and platforms to improve efficiency and workflow management.
- Provide strategic recommendations on paid media initiatives, including channel selection, budget allocation, and audience targeting for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Knowledge in Media Planning and budget allocations across different platforms.
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong focus on social media advertising.
- Proven track record of successfully managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and major social advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
