We are looking for a Pricing Specialist in Cluj Napoca, Romania with a strong foundation in project management, database usage and operational expertise within an industrial environment of the workflow from operations up to order booking.
The ideal candidate will excel in team collaboration while executing new software implementation, refining of processes, and driving strategic pricing initiatives within an industrial environment.

Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing strategies and pricing process that align with business goals and market dynamics.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics,
2-5 years of experience demonstrating expertise in pricing, project management, database knowledge and operational optimization within an industrial setting.
Excel - Advanced proficiency.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis techniques and strong analytical skills.
Project management skills, particularly in implementing new software and process improvements.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
