CDL-A Trainee - Home Weekly - Northeast Regional - Paid Training

$0.80 per mile as a brand new driver is almost unheard of. This Northeast regional fleet pays it from your first solo load, gets you home every week, and gives you a planner who keeps your miles coming.

Training First

• Paid on the road training with a driver trainer
• $850 per week while you train
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

Where You Drive

• All of the Northeast and New England, as far south as Virginia
• Different customers every week, no set lane
• Home every week
• About 1,900 miles a week, mostly drop and hook

Pay

• $1,700 average weekly gross
• $0.80 per mile to start, up 1 cent every year to $0.85
• $15 stop pay
• $80 when an unload is required

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical
