Overview
Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality across a growing portfolio of Colorado properties? CoralTree Hospitality is seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on technology support across multiple hotels in the area. Your efforts directly influence the unique, distinctive experiences we deliver to our guests and team members alike.
Based at Hotel Polaris, you'll report to the Area IT Manager and serve as a key part of the on-the-ground support team, handling end-user support, system configuration, and project work across assigned locations. Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for all team members at assigned properties, including tracking, researching, reviewing, and remediating issues through resolution.
- Configure, install, and support hardware and software for end-user and back-office equipment across assigned properties.
- Support guest-facing technology, including HSIA/Wi-Fi, IPTV, and other in-room and public-area systems, escalating as needed.
- Assist with system administration and troubleshooting for property systems such as PMS, POS, and door locks, in partnership with the Area IT Manager.
- Help maintain IT audit standards and security practices, including endpoint protection and basic compliance checks, across assigned properties.
- Order and manage inventory for user-assigned equipment, including tracking assets and coordinating procurement.
- Support project work across assigned properties, including installations, upgrades, and rollouts, under the direction of the Area IT Manager.
- Plan and manage workflow and time across multiple properties to meet competing priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain documentation for hardware, systems, and software across assigned properties.
- Provide coverage and support across properties as needed, including periodic travel between locations.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a computer support environment; hospitality experience a plus.
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and configuration; familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory a plus.
- Understanding of network basics and TCP/IP standards.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to work across multiple properties with competing deadlines.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to work well within a small team.
- Ability to deliver consistent, patient service to users of differing technical skill levels.
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned properties.
