Job Description

As a Security Officer Badge Enrollment in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns while helping to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access and visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and unusual activity according to site procedures and complete required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
