Window & Door Service Technician -hands-on exp. servicing, installing, repairing

We are seeking a Field Service Technician. This role provides onsite residential service and repairs for building materials, primarily windows and doors, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Conduct service calls at customers' homes to diagnose and repair windows, doors, cabinets, and other building materials.
Troubleshoot issues to determine whether they result from product defects, installation errors, or other causes.
Perform repairs, adjustments, and part replacements using hand and power tools.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, explain repair recommendations, provide estimates, and answer questions.
Maintain positive customer relationships while addressing service concerns.
Collect payments for completed service work.
Maintain service van inventory, coordinate replacement parts, and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
Communicate service updates and resolutions with internal sales teams.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
