Description
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Head of Facility Management to support the Head of Facility Management in ensuring reliable, compliant and efficient engineering and facility operations at our Austrian site.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as deputy to the Head of Facility Management and ensure continuity of FM operations during their absence, including coordination of the FM team.
- Ensure engineering and facility activities meet GMP, EMEA and FDA requirements as well as site and business objectives.
- Coordinate GMP training, validation, deviations, CAPAs and change controls within Facility Management.
- Maintain responsibility for selected FM SOPs and equipment.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee maintenance, calibration and EHS-related activities in GMP-regulated areas with internal teams and external service providers.
- Coordinate facility repairs, improvement projects and other FM initiatives.
- Support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of building systems.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with R&D and SG&A and provide relevant FM reporting.
