Description
Position Summary
Coordinate jobs as per specifications provided. Assists in all CSSR functions for the branch.
Essential Functions
- Quote/estimate jobs, assisting sales personnel.
- Process purchase orders into fabrication jobs.
- Order parts from BOM provided by engineering, general manager, branch salesman, customers or previous jobs.
- Interface with engineering department.
- Answer delivery inquiries, follow upon purchasing and receiving of specific product, checking availability of stock, back-order status, vendor schedules and shipping dates.
- Plan, schedule and supervise progress of jobs
- Expedite order inquiries, checking status of orders, following up on back orders, and lost orders. Will investigate defects, damages, and incorrect shipments. Follow-up on status of in-house repairs.
- Gather all information to close jobs monthly.
- Monitor job costing.
- Project coordination with particular detail to on-time completion.

Education:
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Advanced hydraulic degree and/or hands on experience in a hydraulics or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Three years hydraulic industry experience in project management or equivalent and with ERP Systems.
Skills taught after hire as needed:
- Product Training, Hydraulics Training, Pneumatics Training, Mechanics Training, Systems Design, Sales Techniques, Computer System Training, Microsoft Training, ISO Training
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License, Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Works indoors in a controlled environment with some time spent in an uncontrolled shop environment or outdoors.
