  • Support the planning and delivery of SABR treatments and other highly conformal radiotherapy techniques.
  • Work closely with Clinical Oncologists, Radiographers and Physicists to optimise treatment plans and develop clinical protocols.
  • Provide support, guidance and training to junior colleagues across the department.
  • Contribute to service development initiatives and the introduction of new technologies and ways of working.

What you’ll bring

  • HCPC registration or registration with the Register of Clinical Technologists.
  • Extensive experience in radiotherapy treatment planning, including significant experience using Varian RapidArc across multiple treatment sites.
  • Extensive breast planning experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Eclipse Treatment Planning System and Aria Patient Management System, version 15 or above.
  • Experience of IGRT, respiratory gating, multi-modality image fusion and SABR planning.
