Art Tower has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Manager! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Manager plays a critical role in our success.

Alta ART Tower is a 314 unit high-rise offering modern one-, two-, and three bedroom apartments that are stylish yet understated, perfect for displaying art. Residents can spend time strolling the gallery space, hosting a jam session in the music practice studio or staying fit in the luxury gym. The community is a 10-minute walk to downtown, a two-minute walk to the light rail and close to the lively Pearl District.

JOB DESCRIPTION

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Ensures achievement of community’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing marketing, advertising, and sales activities, overseeing on-site traffic, and monitoring day-to-day sales and leasing activities
• Oversee the on-site leasing team
• Actively participates in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures
• Review and analyze financial, shop, closing ratio, and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance
• Respond to resident and ownership questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

 

What we are looking for

• Previous multi-family leasing experience, additional luxury high-rise experience is preferred, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $27.00

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
