This position reports to:
Distribution Center Operations Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the implementation of the local quality strategy by contributing to quality culture, systems and continuous improvement activities. Through close cooperation with production and engineering teams, you will help ensure product quality, customer satisfaction and efficient, sustainable operations.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Provide day-to-day quality support to production and cooperate closely with Production, Engineering, and R&D teams.
- Participate in customer complaint handling, NCR analyses, root cause investigations, and supplier complaint processes.
- Initiate, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure product and process quality.
- Report key quality indicators, prepare quality analyses, and support operational decision-making.
- Perform internal audits and support compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements.
- Support incoming inspections, supplier quality activities, and quality planning in line with APQP requirements.
- Maintain, update, and develop quality documentation, databases, procedures, and work instructions.
- Promote quality awareness through employee training and certification activities, and perform quality control of finished goods from the low-voltage motor modification line.
Qualifications for the role
- Technical secondary education minimum; higher education in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Initial experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
- Ability to measure and assess quality standards for electrical motors and components.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies; familiarity with APQP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22163 standards.
- Communicative English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
