Act as primary business partner for Planning, Management Reporting, KPIs Tracking & Financial Analysis to the Country Business Head, business leaders and Regional Finance. Provide actionable insights and financial stewardship to optimize revenue growth, profitability, resource allocation, and investment decisions while driving continuous improvement and alignment with regional and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Business partner to Country Business Head, business & functions leaders for all Financial Planning and Analysis activities. Provide advice, insights and analysis in setting appropriately challenging objectives; Lead Business Reviews, Plan Reviews, Quarterly Business Review; Drive the annual budgeting & forecasting process; Advise and steer resource allocation decisions so as to optimize P&L; Support Strategic Planning by translating strategies to financial plan.
• Translate Corporate and APAC/ Growth Market guidance into country-level sales, gross margin, operating income, SG&A, headcount and productivity targets, including scenario planning and resource trade-off recommendations.
• Drive achievement of financial objectives. Provide guidance and advice to ensure performance targets are achieved, anticipate and highlight risks and opportunities and work with team on mitigation plans.
• Engage key stakeholders including country business leaders in order to influence decisions.

• Partner Commercial, Sales Operations and Regional finance teams on pricing governance, tender and deal economics, portfolio optimization and margin-improvement initiatives, with clear assessment of revenue, profitability and business risks.
• Lead new price setup reviews, annual pricing assessments, and distributor discount and margin analysis to optimize profitability and support product portfolio rationalization.
• Perform capital equipment sales, placement, and financial return analysis to support investment decisions and maximize asset productivity.
• Manage month-end financial closing activities and quarterly sales incentive calculations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Partner Growth Markets/ APAC finance in rolling-out regional FP&A initiatives. Ensure alignment with Growth Markets/APAC finance in FP&A related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and system optimization.
• Ensure financial rigor in feasibility assessment/ business case preparation for investment cases.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
• MS Excel and PowerPoint required, financial tools (Hyperion (Oracle), SAP) preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong financial analysis, communication, organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
