YOUR MISSION
- Own the global motorsport social strategy, including publishing plans and content calendars for @pumamotorsport across all platforms
- Lead community engagement and maximize partner activations to strengthen brand presence
- Drive creative direction for motorsport campaigns, product launches, and culturally relevant moments
- Oversee social briefs and copy decks, ensuring alignment with global brand standards
- Manage live event coverage and real-time content delivery for key motorsport events
- Analyze and report social performance, using insights to optimize future activations
- Build strategic relationships with partners, creators, and agencies to elevate content quality
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
YOUR TALENT
- 5–7 years’ global social media experience, ideally in sports or consumer brands
- Proven expertise in global social strategy, publishing, and content planning
- Strong creative judgment across campaigns, launches, communities, and live events
- Data-driven approach to performance and content optimization
- Excellent communication and influence across global stakeholders and partners
- High autonomy and leadership skills, with experience developing team members.
