  • Minimum of 3 years of fire sprinkler experience required, including 2 years of project management experience
  • Working knowledge of fire protection systems, construction practices, and project delivery methods
  • Familiarity with NFPA code requirements and OSHA safety standards required
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects while balancing priorities, scope, schedules, budgets, documentation, and client expectations
  • Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, Revit) preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other project management software required; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across clients, subcontractors, field staff, and internal teams to support successful project execution
  • Valid driver’s license required with the ability to travel as needed
  • NICET certification or relevant field experience preferred; project management certification a plus
