Project Manager

What You do

Lead technical, IT, strategic, cross-departmental, company-wide projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and on budget

Managing, monitoring, and reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to internal stakeholders and/or steering committees. Strong communicator, making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards project delivery

Act as a liaison between business and other technical and IT departments in delivery of common strategic projects

Set clear project milestones, objectives, and timelines, and track progress towards these goals. Plan and coordinate the efforts of the internal project team, third party contractors and consultants to bring projects to successful completion

Understand current and future business goals and ongoing technical challenges to ensure business success

What You offer

Preferable 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, leading and delivering complex technical projects successfully

Strong business and technical understanding with technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies

Excellent project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management

Strong proficiency using project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project and MS Office tools)

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with stakeholder management ability

Ability to lead diverse teams on more comprehensive projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.       

Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and oral

Educational background or professional experience in Information Technology, Software Development, Telecommunications, or related technical fields will be considered as an advantage.
