CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER | CONSERVATION & $32M CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

Knoxville, TN | $120,000–$150,000/year

Lead a respected nature-focused nonprofit through its next stage of growth, guiding environmental education, land conservation, outdoor recreation, and community impact across the Tennessee River region. You’ll also steward a forthcoming $32M capital campaign while strengthening relationships with community partners, funders, and other key stakeholders.

• CEO or senior executive leadership experience in a mission-driven organization
• Experience leading major capital campaigns and fundraising initiatives
• Strong community, funder, and stakeholder relationship-building experience
• Experience working effectively with boards in complex environments
• Commitment to environmental education, land conservation, outdoor recreation, and community impact
