Responsibilities:
- Maintain and restock mini bars in guest rooms on a regular basis.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of mini bar areas.
- Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, and place orders for replenishment as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Keep accurate records of mini bar activity and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and mini bar operations is a plus.
