We are searching for the best talent for Analyst Quality Assurance.
Purpose: Entry-level Quality Assurance role designed to build foundational experience within Quality Assurance Investigations while providing administrative and operational support to the organization. Responsibilities include procedure maintenance and updates, investigation program support, quality metrics and documentation activities, and other quality-system administrative responsibilities. Through structured training, qualification, and supervision, supports the execution of complaint investigations and develops competency in investigation methodology, risk assessment, quality systems, and applicable regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Applies functional knowledge of Quality Assurance requirements to support organizational objectives.
- Assists with review of documentation associated with processes and activities related to the organization's products.
- Assists with routine data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Leads implementation of risk mitigations and continuous improvement projects under supervision.
- Carries out processes to ensure the internal organization's alignment with overall quality priorities under direct supervision.
- Follows formal escalation processes to ensure visibility of risks associated with product quality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
- This job does not require any experience. This job is overtime eligible.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$54,000.00 - $87,400.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
