Sr Project Coordinator

What's the role?

 

As a Sr Project Coordinator in Quality and Business Planning – Value Management Office, you will support end-to-end project coordination across VMO services including integration, transition, and technical project/program activities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate plans into clear actions, track milestones, manage dependencies, and support timely delivery aligned with business priorities.

You will be part of a team that provides structured coordination, governance, reporting, and follow-up to help execute initiatives, projects, programs, and operations aligned with organizational strategy.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities including planning, tracking, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action trackers, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.
• Work with internal customers and cross-functional teams across product, technology, operations, and business functions to align priorities and drive follow-through.
• Support governance routines such as phase gate reviews, milestone tracking, meeting agendas, minutes, decision logs, and leadership-ready updates.
• Track scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and key deliverables to enable smooth execution.
• Highlight bottlenecks, follow up on escalations, and support timely closure of actions and decisions.
• Help organize complex project activities into manageable workstreams with clear ownership, timelines, and progress visibility.

Who are you?

This is a mid-level position and requires strong coordination, communication, and execution follow-through.You will be successful in this role if you are:• Experienced in end-to-end project coordination across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and timelines.• Strong in maintaining project plans, trackers, dashboards, meeting notes, governance documents, and status reports.• Able to track risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions, and escalations with clarity and ownership.• Comfortable working with product, technology, operations, engineering, and business stakeholders.• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to bring structure to ambiguity while supporting timely decision-making.• Clear and concise in written, verbal, and virtual communication, especially for status, risks, blockers, and decisions.• Familiar with project management methodologies, SDLC concepts, agile ways of working, and tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Tableau, or similar.You meet the minimum qualifications for this job level:• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, project/program support, integration, transformation, consulting, or operations; or equivalent experience.• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects or programs in a technology environment.• Strong stakeholder coordination, documentation, reporting, governance support, and follow-through skills.• Certification such as Lean/Six Sigma, CSM/CSPO, Prince2, or PMP is preferred.
