We are seeking a talented Creative Specialist to join the Global Communications Business Solutions (GCBS) team, supporting Hitachi Ltd. Global Marketing & Sales (GM&S) initiatives. Reporting to the Creative Lead, this role is responsible for developing high-quality executive presentations, multimedia content, and creative assets that support strategic business communications across internal and external channels.
As the Creative Specialist, you will transform complex business information into compelling visual stories through presentation design, video production, motion graphics, and digital content. You will work closely with stakeholders and the Creative Lead to deliver high-impact creative solutions that meet business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to create exceptional executive presentations and produce professional multimedia content. We are looking for someone with advanced PowerPoint expertise, strong video editing capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver visually compelling communications for senior leadership and global audiences.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will design and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, customer engagements, events, and strategic business initiatives.
- You will transform complex data, business strategies, and messaging into clear, visually engaging, and impactful presentations.
- You will apply best practices in storytelling, presentation structure, information design, and data visualization to create high-quality communications.
- You will create and deliver visual assets across multiple formats, including presentations, infographics, digital communications, and supporting marketing materials.
- You will edit corporate videos, develop motion graphics, and produce multimedia content aligned with established creative direction and business objectives.
- You will support the production of executive communications, event content, internal communications, and corporate storytelling initiatives.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, presentation design, visual communications, or related creative disciplines.
- Advanced PowerPoint expertise with a proven track record of creating executive-level presentations for leadership teams, customer-facing engagements, and business communications.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications.
- Demonstrated expertise in presentation design, including information hierarchy, data visualization, layout design, and visual communication principles.
- Strong video editing and multimedia production experience, including corporate video development, motion graphics, animation, post-production, and video storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and experience maintaining brand consistency across a variety of communication channels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative outputs.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
