Transformation Lead

Overview

Own delivery of high-impact initiatives (e.g., CLTV acceleration, SKU rationalization, org redesign, DTC scaling)Translate strategy initiatives into executable plans, milestones, and KPIs.

Lead SodaStream’s priority enterprise transformation initiatives by translating strategic direction into executable programs, ensuring disciplined delivery, adoption, and value realization across functions and markets, while embedding sustainable changes into BAU operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of priority enterprise transformation programs (e.g., CLTV acceleration, SKU rationalization, DTC scaling, org redesign) from approved strategy through implementation. Ensure value targets and accountability is well-defined prior to rollout (Execute / Decision) – Impacts: Market clusters, CSTO, Commercial, Finance, Operations
• Translate strategic programs into detailed transformation plans, milestones, KPIs, and value targets, ensuring delivery accountability across functions. (Decision) – Impacts: Transformation, Finance, Functional Owners
• Serve as the internal lead for externally supported transformation programs, ensuring alignment, data readiness, and effective handover into internal ownership. (Consult / Execute) – Impacts: External Partners, Leadership Team
• Drive market rollout and structured change management to ensure adoption, capability uplift, and minimal disruption to ongoing business operations: Strategy defines transformation blueprint; Transformation Lead drives rollout and sequencing. Drive structured change management to ensure adoption, capability uplift, and minimal BAU disruption. Adapt central design to market realities (e.g., Germany vs. US DTC maturity).  (Execute) – Impacts: Clusters/Markets, HR, Operations
• Adapt central transformation designs to local market needs and maturity levels, balancing global consistency with pragmatic execution. (Consult / Decision) – Impacts: Market Leadership Teams
• Track execution progress and value realization through dashboards and KPIs, identifying risks and driving corrective actions where performance deviates from plan. (Execute / Decision) – Impacts: Finance, CSTO, Functional Leaders
• Lead cross‑functional transformation taskforces, coordinating day‑to‑day execution, resolving issues, escalating risks, and transitioning stabilized initiatives. Assemble and leader temporary 3–4 member cross-functional team dedicated to executing specific initiatives responsible for hands-on delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day coordination (e.g., change management taskforce (Org agenda) across HR, Finance, Legal, and market representatives). Transformation Lead retains governance ownership, chairs the forum/cadence, sets success metrics, escalates risks, and transitions the initiative back to business once stabilized in the business (Execute) – Impacts: HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Markets

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives with accountability for execution, adoption, and value delivery
• Strong ability to translate strategic direction into actionable plans, KPIs, and governance mechanisms across multiple functions and markets
• Demonstrated capability in driving change management and stakeholder alignment in matrix, multi‑market environments
• Solid business acumen with experience working closely with Commercial, Finance, Operations, HR, and IT stakeholders
• High execution discipline with a hands‑on approach to issue resolution, risk management, and performance tracking
• Strong influencing and communication skills, enabling progress without direct authority
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, balancing competing priorities and adjusting plans based on business realities
