Position Details
- Creation and communication of value through the utilization of advertising slots
- Planning, design, and proposal of Super DEAL advertising placements on Rakuten Ichiba
- Management, operation, and improvement of advertising placements:
1. Goal setting: Setting target amounts for each advertising placement in line with the Mission
2. Grasping the current situation: Identifying projected final figures and the gap from targets
3. Factor analysis: Identifying the reasons for strong or poor performance and coordinating mainly with internal stakeholders
4. Consideration and execution of measures: Gathering stakeholder needs and planning and executing appropriate measures

Work Environment
1 Manager, 1 Assistant Manager, 2 members

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Person who has entrepreneurship
- Person who can lead business as one's own business

- Experience of marketing
- Experience of project Management
- SQL experience
- Operation design and management experience
- Data creation and management experience
- Hypothesis verification experience
- EC business experience

Additional information on English Qualification
TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country.
Proof of qualifications will be required by the time of the job offer.
