Description
- Hoist experience.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Must be available across all weekdays, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Must be able to start ASAP.
- At least 1 year of experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
- Experience with participants with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
- Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and delivering other high-care support.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Full Australian driver’s licence and own a car.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Fluent in English.

Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:
- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
- Has an initiative to plan clients' activities and other social outings.
- Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
