Description
- Responsible for load entry into the load management screen.
- Updates/maintains information within the load screen on a continual basis.
- Utilizes information and problem solving skills to ensure on time delivery of loads.
- Assist Outbound logistics team members in tracking outside carriers pick up and deliveries.
- Coordinates with transportation management for the tracking of loads dispatched on O.K. Foods, Inc. assets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Transportation Logistics degree preferred and/or 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must have basic computer skills with knowledge of or the ability to learn e-mail software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
