Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the City of Calgary.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry to ensure smooth office workflows.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring resources are available as needed.

- Over 2 years of proven experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably within a public sector or government environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
