Job Responsibilities:
- Support the team with various projects and events, as needed, such as props preparation, logistic support, venue setting, etc
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and other pertinent documents
- Assist in the update and maintenance of training databases and attendance
- Assist in training room set up and maintenance
- Assist in taking photos and videos snaps for training/ event highlights
- Assist in coordinating external visit / tour
- Assist in the registration and the operation of New Hire Orientation
- Assist in poster creation and other media design
- Assist in Internship related project
- Assist in ad-hoc project and other job-related duties
- Involve in the Employee Learning Zone daily operation
- Participate in team meetings
- Manage the booking system of training rooms
Job Requirements:
Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
