Role overview:
Join our People team and gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of Human Resources initiatives that support the employee lifecycle. This internship provides practical exposure to regional HR operations, employee engagement, talent management and organisational initiatives within a diverse and dynamic business environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting in co-ordinating HR activities and initiatives across different countries and business functions within APAC
- Assisting with the preparation of materials, reports and presentations for business and people discussions
- Gathering and consolidating workforce information to support HR planning and decision-making
- Conducting research on HR practices, employment trends and market developments across APAC
- Supporting selected employee lifecycle activities, and assisting in responding to general employee enquiries
- Supporting the review and update of HR policies, procedures and documentation and other projects as assigned
- Exploring opportunities to leverage AI and digital solutions to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency and enhance employee experience
- Assisting in developing and maintaining HR dashboards, analytics and reporting tools
- Drafting HR announcements, employee communications and presentation materials
Who we’re looking for:
- University students studying a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Communications, Business or other related disciplines
- Comfortable working with data and preparing reports or presentation materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding on MS SharePoint and Web Management
- Able to work independently and willing to learn
- Ability to conceptualise and put together succinct presentations and proposals
- Prior HR internship or project experience would be an advantage but is not essential
