Job Description
Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Human Resources Intern on our People & Culture (P&C) team in Raleigh, NC.

Human Resources Intern Role Overview
The People & Culture (P&C) Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, providing a comprehensive understanding of how People & Culture supports both employees and the business. Through a structured rotation, the intern will work alongside teams in P&C Business Partners, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR practices and initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple People & Culture functions, including Employee Relations, P&C Business Partnering, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Assist with projects and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
- Conduct research and analyze People & Culture data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Assist with the development of employee communications, presentations, training materials, and HR resources.
- Observe and participate in employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to strategic People & Culture initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, programs, benefits, and other People & Culture-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, or a related field.
- Rising sophomore, junior, or senior with an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People & Culture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Past leadership experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will share more about the specific pay range for this position during the interview process.
