  • Conduct research and benchmarking on emerging HR trends, technologies, AI applications, employee experience, talent management, learning and development, and workforce practices to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, process maps, job aids, and knowledge resources that improve consistency, scalability, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across the HR function.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders on special projects that advance workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and digital transformation objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR technology, AI, process improvement, people analytics, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Workday, or other HR systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate processes, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear reports, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and challenging the status quo.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and commitment to data accuracy.
