Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
- Support the organization and filing of physical and digital employee records.
- Assist with updating and entering information in HR databases and systems.
- Help prepare employment verification letters, correspondence, and administrative documents.
- Provide support for onboarding activities and other personnel-related administrative processes.
- Assist with internal communications, employee events, and engagement activities.
- Provide administrative follow-up on requests, records, and departmental projects.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
- Current student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Intermediate to Advance English proficiency is preferred.
- Mandatory: Professional social service requirement letter issued by the educational institution.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
