Mitigation Technician

Compensation:

• No experience - will start at $17/hour
• With experience- pay negotiable based on skillset
• Average yearly income $37,000-$65,000

When company goals are met

Responsibilities: • Decontaminate and deodorize indoor space • Mend and refurbish the home or business • Clear out and replace damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing • Survey structures for fire, mold, weather, and water damage • Organize and clean salvageable belongings and property Qualifications: • Physical fitness and stamina is required, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs • We require you have a high school diploma or GED • Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills • Expertise with hand and power tools • Must have IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) certification, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred
