This is a temporary position, with a contract length ranging from 6 months to a maximum of 1 year.

Join Intel's HR organization in Costa Rica as an HR Shared Services Specialist, serving as the first point of contact supporting Intel employees globally. The role is performed Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. There will be occasions when support for Sunday may be requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for global employee HR inquiries across phone, chat, email, and web channels

• Research HR guidelines, policies, and procedures to resolve employee questions accurately

• Maintain detailed documentation of employee interactions and solutions in HR systems

• Escalate complex issues while maintaining case ownership and ensuring resolution

• Conduct operational audits to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and customer engagement

• Analyze data to improve service content and knowledge base effectiveness

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Advanced English

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, STEM, related fields, or 2+ years of experience in similar roles in lieu of a degree.

• 2+ years of experience in HR, relevant experience can be:

  • HR Shared Services, HR Administration, and/or HR Contact Center fields

  • MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.)

  • HR systems (Workday, Genesys, SAP, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with:

  • Process improvement and/or project management certification.

  • Supporting HR services in more than one region.

  • Processes/systems automation experience.
